Review: Michael Todd Avocado and Mango Hydrating Facial Mask

I'm sure those of you who have combination skin will understand; finding products which work to treat both your dry and oily patches is tough. Even finding products which treat just one problem, and don't worsen the other: such as moisturizers that don't break you out, can be really hard. Which is why I love this product.

The Michael Todd Avocado and Mango Mask is an organic moisturizing mask. It is meant to be applied twice weekly after cleansing, left on for 10-15 minutes, and then rinsed off. It claims to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, while also moisturizing and rejuvenating the skin. I would say that this is completely accurate as my skin feels much softer after using this product.

Review: H2O Night Oasis Oxygenating Rejuvenator

Let me just start out by saying that when I buy a makeup or skincare product from an outlet or discount store, I am aware that it might not be great quality.

That is why I wasn't that surprised when I didn't like this moisturizer.

Review: The Body Shop Body Butter Duo

I absolutely love the Body Shop body butters. They just feel so luxurious, so thick, and so moisturizing; they are definitely my favorite body moisturizers. So when I saw they had duos, well, I made a bee-line straight for the store.

There were four different scents to choose from: Macadamia, Vanilla, Sweet Pea, and Floral Acia.

Review: Olehenriksen Sheer Transformation

I decided to give the Olehenriksen Sheer Transformation moisturizer a try before reading any reviews, or doing any research, tsk tsk. Luckily for me, it turned out quite well!

Olehenriksen Sheer Transformation is an oil free moisturizer which claims to illuminate the skin, help with hyperpigmentation, and fade dark spots. It contains vitamin C which stimulates collagen, sandalwood, licorice, geranium, and chamomile which soothes the skin, and fruit acids to help smooth the skin.

Review: Hydroxatone Liftalyze Eye-Lifting Serum

Hydroxatone's Liftalyze Eye-Lifting Serum is designed to reduce wrinkles and accelerate skin renewal.

I gave it a go, and was pleasantly surprised.

The product came out as a clear serum which was really light and fast drying. It felt cool on my eyes and it dried without leaving a residue which I really liked. It also left my eye area feeling quite tight and taut and was  moisturizing.

It says it is to be used both morning and night, but I like to use a thick eye cream at night and a light eye cream that works under makeup in the morning. So this is the perfect eye cream for applying pre-makeup.
